Greg Thompson, President/Founder. Since its beginning in 1987, Greg has guided the company with steady, positive growth. He has created successful, on-going partnerships with several regional developers. His experience is founded in the construction industry and his ability to assemble key staff members has grown the company to be the area’s leader in home building and remodeling.

 

Kevin Hess, Vice President, Kevin has been a member of the GDB&R team since 1999, and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization.  In addition to his role as Vice President, Kevin continues to serve as the point of contact for several of the firm’s largest clients, and is highly experienced in residential contract negotiation, acquisition, and vendor relations.  Kevin graduated from Grove City College with a BA in Business Administration.

 

Jeff Goldman, Controller, Jeff has been with Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling since 1996. His experience ranges from ownership of a remodeling firm to operations management. Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Miami University.

 

Jerry Woodruff, Project Manager, Jerry has been with Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling since 2009 and has experience in the design, estimating and project management for residential single and multi family projects. He has a degree in Industrial Technology from Ohio Northern University.

 

Matt Jones, Production Supervisor,  Matt has been with GDB&R since  2007 and has residential construction experience ranging from project management to carpentry, and is a graduate of Wright State University.

 

Victor Rooney, Sales Representative,  Victor has been with the Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling team since 2012 and has residential construction experience ranging from estimating to drafting and design.

 

Laura Moore, Laura has worked for Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling since 1995. Laura serves the community in many ways including Chairman of the Construction Committee at Habitat, construction coordinator for the yearly “Women Build” house for Habitat for Humanity and board member of the Dayton Fund for Rehabilitation.


Robin Collier
, Office Manager, Robin is a vital member of the management staff and has been with the company since 1987.
