Brian was very accessible if we had questions and was on-site quite a bit overseeing the contractors and helping clean up. Greater Dayton is great! We had a five bedroom house with a full bath serving all 5. There was a small 9'x14' bedroom adjacent to the 18'x14' primary bedroom. The small bedroom is now an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, a large sink on a custom base cabinet and two consoles, and a built-in linen cabinet, plus a floor to ceiling mirror that you can push on an get to a 22'x18' attic storage area. They also shortened the hallway and used the hallway space and two back-to-back closets to give us a large walk-in closet. It looks great, functions great, was reasonably priced and the workers were highly skilled, professional, and polite. You can't ask for anything better than GREATER DAYTON!

From start to finish, on a bathroom remodel in our 1937 built house, we benefitted at every step of the way from Greater Dayton Construction's experience and expertise. Matt guided us in the early days to help us envision the design and look of the room and its fixtures and features. Visiting the showroom allowed us to see the specific details of all aspects of the remodel; it helped us make choices that gave us excellent results.
